   Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian, artistic sport. Pupils compete as individuals and within teams, learning routines performed to music. The routines vary enormously, incorporating marching, gymnastics, ballet (classical & modern), singing and apparatus manipulation.

Pupils can expect to make long lasting friendships whilst at the same time, learning poise, co-ordination and mental alertness and improving confidence, fitness and flexibility.
